I’ve actually been really dying to run. Which is weird because 99.9% of the time I really loathe running.
But now that Perris wants me spinning instead of running in between our sessions, thats really all I want to do. I just want to find a bomb ass trail and run the shit out of it until my lungs feel like they’re going to burst and my legs feel like they’re going to give out.
I may have to take my shoes out.
