Day Five - Why do you really want to lose this...
I want to lose the weight I gained in college from eating nothing but junk food, lack of exercise, and all that alcohol. I never weighed this much in high school, and I was significantly more fit. I just want to live a healthier lifestyle, and yes, I’m definitely doing this for me.
